Hélène Bourgine, Managing Partner of the firm, co-founded Aliénor Avocats in 2010, after a 12 years’ experience as in-house legal advisor at Vinci Construction Grands Projets.

Ranked in the ‘Hall of Fame’ since 2023 by Legal 500 EMEA and Band 3 in 2026 by Chambers & Partners in the Construction category in France, Hélène has developed recognised expertise in the field of legal and contractual management, from upstream to downstream of the implementation of major construction projects, in France (CCAG Travaux, NFP 03-001 standard) and abroad (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).

 She also has extensive experience in resolving disputes amicably (conciliation, mediation) or through litigation before civil and administrative courts.

 Since the beginning of her career, Hélène has also been involved in several dispute boards and in more than twenty arbitration proceedings (ICC, UNCITRAL, CMAP), mainly in the framework of complex disputes relating to infrastructure or construction projects. She now also seats as an arbitrator.

 Hélène also supports her clients (mainly contractors) by providing theoretical and practical training (risk analysis and management of French and international construction contracts) based on real-life cases.
