Alongside building contractors

Aliénor Avocats was founded in 2010 by former VINCI legal advisors specializing in major construction projects, eager to take advantage of their “in-house culture” to assist their clients with their legal issues. The firm’s litigation practice was subsequently strengthened with the arrival of new lawyers.

Over the past 14 years, the firm has developed an in-depth expertise in risk analysis at negotiation phase, as well as in amicable dispute resolution, seeking at establishing a fair balance of powers with a view to reach amicable settlement.

The firm has been ranked for several years within Tier 1 firms in Construction in France in the Legal 500, thanks to its clients’ ratings and given the nature and magnitude of the cases in which it is involved.
