Hervé Chambon joined Aliénor Avocats end of 2021 after having worked as in-house counsel for more than 16 years within the legal departments of two outstanding French companies.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in November 2021, Hervé has been ranked in 2023 by Legal 500 EMEA as a Next Generation Partner in the Construction field in France. He has acquired an extensive expertise in the legal support, both during tender and execution phases, of major civil engineering and building projects in France and abroad, in the Legal Department of VINCI Construction Grands Projets. Hervé strengthened his skills in the industrial project environment at Schneider Electric, where he provided support to the Major Projects and Purchasing activities (Production and Services)

Before joining Aliénor Avocats, Hervé was Deputy General Counsel, in charge notably of the Dispute Resolution Practice and Contract Management at VINCI Construction Grands Projets. He also assisted VINCI Environnement and the Asia, Building and Hydraulic Business Unit in the legal follow-up of their operations.

Hervé is a member of several working groups and professional organizations related to the practice of construction projects and arbitration. He is notably a member of the Arbitration & ADR Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce. He was also a member of the ICC France Committee for Selection of Arbitrators (2019-2021). Hervé is regularly invited to speak at conferences and trainings and co-leads a module on “Joint Venture & Consortium” in the Master 2 “International Business Law” of the University of Burgundy”.
